Where is my Profile Page?
Select your user name at the top right hand side of the page, or select 'My Profile' from the main menu. Don't see it? You need to login or sign up.
How do I edit my profile information?
On your profile page, select 'Profile' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Edit Profile'. Enter information and select 'Save Change'.
How do I edit my account information?
On your profile page, select 'Profile' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Account'. Enter information and select 'Save Change'.
How do I change my password?
On your profile page, select 'Profile' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Account'. Scroll down to select the 'Change Password' button which is under the account information box. Enter information and select 'Change Password'.
How do I update my mood or status?
On your profile page, select 'Edit' from the status update section, below your profile picture and status. Enter information and select 'Update'.
How do I upload a photo?
On your profile page, select 'Photos' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Upload Photo'. Select 'Browse for Files' on the photo upload page to locate the photo and select 'Start Upload'. You will be prompted to give your photo an optional caption after upload.
How do I edit my profile picture?
On your profile page, select 'Profile' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Change Profile Photo'. Either select an existing photo from your gallery and click 'Select Photo', or click 'Upload Photos' to upload a new image.
How do I upload a video?
On your profile page, select 'Videos' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Upload Video'. Select 'Browse for Files' on the video gallery page. Choose your video and repeat to insert multiple videos. Enter information and select 'Start Upload'.
How do I edit my Privacy Settings?
On your profile page, select 'Profile' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Privacy Settings'. Enter information and select 'Save Settings'.
How do I find a friend?
Select 'Home' on the main menu bar, then select 'All Members'. Enter information and select 'Search Profiles', or browse the members. When you visit another member's profile page, you will see a button below their profile photo labeled 'Add As Friend'.
How do I send a message?
On your profile page, select 'Messages' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Create New Message'. Enter information and select 'Submit Message'.
How do I manage my Social Networks within BigPond News Nation?
On your profile page, select 'Profile' from left side user menu, below your profile picture, then select 'Social Networks'. This page allows you to manage updates to your selected Social Networks.
